Our Band Mentorship Programme is a structured journey from your very first instrument lesson to performing on stage. We welcome Persons with Disabilities and seniors aged 60 and above, and no prior music experience is required.
Guiding you along the way are our music instructors, many of whom are Persons with Disabilities or seniors who once began as learners themselves.

From discovering your instrument to performing with a band, our structured programme guides learners step by step.
Try every instrument and find the one that’s right for you.
Build confidence through personalised lessons at your own pace.
Develop teamwork and musicianship by rehearsing with fellow learners.
Take the stage at community, corporate and public events across Singapore.
Progress towards leadership, teaching or employment opportunities through music.
Every learner begins here. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our instruments, including drums, keyboard, guitar (acoustic, lead and bass), vocals, percussion and ukulele. Together, we’ll help you discover the instrument that best matches your interests and strengths.

With your instrument selected, you’ll develop your technique and confidence through individual training at a pace that suits your learning needs.
As your confidence grows, you’ll begin playing alongside other learners and discover how each instrument contributes to a band. Learners who are ready for a new challenge may also explore a different instrument as they progress. Learners in this stage will have the opportunity to perform in small-scale recitals.

You’ll join a training band to build the skills needed for live performance, including playing together as a group, arranging songs, engaging an audience and preparing for the stage. You’ll also have opportunities to perform at community and social events.
The final stage prepares you to become part of a performing band, taking part in social, corporate, and public performances.

Every learner follows the same structured pathway, building confidence and musicianship one step at a time.
